At Glow Up Aesthetics, your safety and results are our top priority. After every treatment, you will be provided with personalised aftercare instructions. It is essential that you follow these carefully to achieve the best results and minimise any risks. 

1. Client Responsibility

• By booking a treatment, you agree to follow all aftercare advice provided by your practitioner.

• Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect your results and increase the risk of complications. 

• Glow Up Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.  

2. Common Aftercare Advice  Depending on the treatment, guidance may include:

• Avoiding makeup, skincare products, or touching the treated area for a set period.

• Avoiding alcohol, strenuous exercise, saunas, sunbeds, and swimming for 24–48 hours.

• Keeping the area clean and protected from direct sun exposure.

• Using only recommended aftercare products.

• Attending follow-up appointments if required.  

3. Contact & Support

• If you have any concerns or unexpected side effects (such as severe swelling, pain, or signs of infection), you must contact Glow Up Aesthetics immediately.

• Emergency medical care should be sought if necessary.  

4. Follow-Up Appointments

• Some treatments require review or top-up sessions (e.g., anti-wrinkle injections).

• It is your responsibility to attend any scheduled follow-up appointments.  

5. Refunds & Liability

• Results vary from client to client and cannot be guaranteed.

• No refunds are given for treatments if aftercare instructions have not been followed.
