Glow Up Aesthetics – Crawley, West Sussex
To ensure a smooth booking process and fairness to all clients, Glow Up Aesthetics requires deposits and clear payment terms for all appointments.
1. Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Deposits are payable at the time of booking via bank transfer, payment link, or in-person.
• The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
2. Payment of Balance
• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival, before your treatment begins.
• Payments can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
• Treatments will not proceed until payment has been received in full.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to reschedule.
• With more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date (one reschedule only).
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your deposit will be forfeited.
5. Refunds
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued if Glow Up Aesthetics cancels your appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative.
